The educational philosophy of SDA NMTC, Kwadaso is rooted in the Seventh-day Adventist understanding of true education: the harmonious development of the physical, mental, social and spiritual faculties — the head, the heart and the hand. We believe that health care is a ministry, and that the nurse and midwife stand in a sacred relationship of trust with the patient, the family and the community.
We therefore train professionals who are not only clinically competent but also morally upright, compassionate and committed to service. Learning at the College integrates science and faith, theory and practice, personal discipline and social responsibility.
Our Goals
To provide high-quality nursing and midwifery education that meets national and international standards.
To produce graduates who consistently excel in the Nursing and Midwifery Council licensing examinations.

To contribute to the reduction of maternal, neonatal and child mortality in Ghana through excellent midwifery training.

By the end of their training, graduates of SDA NMTC, Kwadaso will be able to:

Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental and advanced nursing and midwifery procedures.
Provide safe, respectful and culturally sensitive care in hospital and community settings.
Uphold the ethical and professional standards of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.
Work effectively within multidisciplinary health teams.
Champion health promotion, disease prevention and patient education.
Exhibit personal integrity, spiritual maturity and a lifelong commitment to service.
