Enrolment Steps
1. Accept your offer — follow the acceptance instructions in your admission letter.
2. Pay your fees — pay the approved fees through the official bank account stated in your admission letter and keep the receipt. See the Financial Policy.
3. Complete the medical examination — using the medical forms provided, complete your examination at a recognised health facility.
4. Report to the College — present yourself at the College on the reporting date with the documents listed below.
Documents to Bring
Original admission letter and acceptance documents.
Original results slip / certificate and national ID (Ghana Card).
Evidence of fee payment (bank pay-in slips / receipts).
Completed medical examination report.
Recent passport photographs.
What to Expect in Your First Weeks
Orientation — an induction into academic life, clinical expectations, and the values and traditions of the College.
Registration & Indexing — course registration and indexing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.
Hostel Allocation — accommodation arrangements for students residing on campus.
Matriculation — the formal ceremony admitting you into the College community.
