SDA NMTC, Kwadaso operates a governance structure that reflects both its ownership by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and its obligations as an accredited health training institution in Ghana. Authority is exercised through clearly defined bodies, each accountable to the one above it, and all subject to national regulation.
Decision-making flows through four levels, from the proprietor of the College down to the committees that handle day-to-day academic and student matters.

Council membership draws together the Church, the Ministry of Health, College management, staff and other stakeholders, so that decisions reflect both the institution’s mission and its public responsibilities.
